Here is the outline schedule for this year’s Festival.

Northwich Festival 2010
Every Year over the August Bank holiday weekend, the Moss Farm site hosts an annual ‘Festival’. Now called the Northwich Festival it is organised jointly by Northwich Rugby Club, and the Cheshire West & Chester Council. Not just a sporting event the Festival is a landmark event in the local calendar featuring sports activities and entertainment for all the family.

A full schedule of events is again planned for this year’s Festival which will take place between Friday 27th and Monday 30th August. Please find below an outline of the activities planned. - More bands for MossFest’ Sunday’s music festival is getting bigger every day.

- Touch Rugby on Sunday - contact Ian Grassby for details 0775 2447906 or igrassby@northwichrufc.co.uk

- e.on have arranged to bring the FA Cup to the Festival on Monday 30th august. Your picture pictures with the FA Cup will be £1. Get down early to avoid the queue.

- e.on are also arrange for the Shoot ‘O’ competition where you can win free kit. Se below for details.

Purple Cactus Comedy Club - Northwich Festival Special
Join us for in the giant marquee for an evening of fun and laughter as we bring you some of the countries finest comedians at one of the biggest and best comedy clubs in the country. Family Fun Day
Bring the whole family down as we transform the marquee into a fantastic family fun arena, activities include mini golf, ball pools and colouring activities.

The New Amen Corner ‘Summer of Love’
The New Amen Corner have emerged in the last couple of years as the hottest band on the 60’s circuit, their power house live show has made them one of the most exciting bands around using period clothing and authentic equipment. UK Strongman Novice Final
UK Strongman Novice Final starts at 11am

Open Touch Rugby
Want to dust off those old rugby memories or just fancy a bit of a fun run and exercise why not submit a team for our Touch Rugby event. Teams of 7 or 8, comprising of friends, colleagues, drinking buddies..whoever are free to take part. No knowledge of rugby is required coaching will be given. ‘MossFest’ Live Music
Live Music returns to the Northwich Festival with sets from Urban Key, House Of Cain, Cheap Cuts, Cupids Gun, Crash Site, The Grand Old Dukes, George Borowski and the Fabulous Wonderfuls, Kevin Critchley Outfit, Mungo Parks and ‘Master Of the Radio’ on the main stage plus sets on the acoustic stage from Steve O’Donoghue, Phil Maddocks, Richard Clough, Christie and Cool Hand Luke. First band on Stage at 1pm, 11.30pm Finish. Wristbands available at only £3 from Northwich Memorial Hall in person or by calling 01606 814640

More Live Music with sets from Blueyellows, Papisolo, The Valentines, Dayve Dean, Tapestry and Christie First band on Stage at 11.30am. Day starts with giant car boot, only £6 a pitch contact 07772 611274

UK Strongman North Finals
UK Strongman North Final, Witness some of the strongest men in the country as they compete against each other during the trials of strength. Heats have been held all over the UK and we look forward to a welcome return of the Final to Northwich. This event has now developed into one of the top strongman events in the UK.
